Toronto Team
Employment Law & Mediation
Butz & Company is proud to expand its services to Toronto, bringing the same commitment to honest, reliable, and professional legal support that our clients expect.
Our Toronto team provides legal services in Employment Law and Mediation.
Our team understands that the legal system can feel complex and overwhelming. We work closely with clients to clearly explain their options and guide them through each step of the process.
Whenever possible, we explore alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration, helping clients resolve matters efficiently, reduce costs, and avoid lengthy court proceedings. Our goal is always to provide practical, accessible legal services tailored to each client’s needs.

Is a licensed lawyer in the province of Saskatchewan and has been practising law for more than a decade. He has appeared in Provincial Court, King’s Bench, Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
Given his experience, he is aware of how taxing litigation can be on individuals mentally, emotionally, and financially. To provide an alternative, he supplemented his legal training by obtaining mediation training at Harvard Law School, a program also attended by Canadian Judges.
Danish only provides mediation services in Ontario to provide an alternative to litigation in employment and family law matters and to allow parties to take control of the process and the outcome.
Danish believes that mediation at its core is two parties that agree to have a conversation, regardless of how difficult the subject matter or the conversation may be.
