Ensuring Your Will is Up to Date

A will or testament is a legal declaration by which a person, the testator, names one or more persons to manage his or her estate and provides for the distribution of his or her property at death. Wills should be revisited every ten years, or sooner, to ensure that the property to be distributed is still in existence, or to ensure that the appropriate beneficiaries are named in will. Additionally, maybe new issues arise in a persons life that requires some adjustments to an existing will, like a health care directive or funeral provisions. We can help create or modify any existing will to ensure it is as up to date as possible should a death in the family occur.
